Here’s a fun activity you can do, hold your breath while reading this article.
Ape.Store recently launched their integration with coinbase smart wallet, its a thicc AF ‘Create Wallet’ button on their dapp pretty easy to not miss, we decided to add a bunch of red arrows just in case.

A pop up tab should open, select Create a smart wallet button

This should open up FIDO2 Authenticator panel, it’s pretty straight forward from here, simply save the passkey on your device, as a bonus if you’re on a windows device you can also save the passkey on your android device. On Apple devices its stored on your Apple ID Keychain so you can use it across all your devices.
Thats it your smart wallet is now created, and your saved passkey is how you access it.

To log back in click on connect wallet button (or the thicc create wallet button) and select coinbase wallet, on the pop-up tab select ‘I already have a wallet’

Select Passkey and this should prompt FIDO2 Authenticator panel simply sign in with your passkey
Voila that should log you back in.
Keep your passkey safe, don’t handover your passkey to anyone or fall for $5 wrench attack and you should be fine.
To view your wallet dashboard simply headover to wallet.coinbase.com
